Mr. Jackson has been responsible for directing corporate strategies and leading SOTEC from a start up to a mature organization with an extensive reach. His primary focus is developing strategies to grow and improve the company while ensuring that the SOTEC team is aligned with the vision of surpassing clients' expectations and achieving workplace excellence. With more than 19 years' experience in the technical staffing and IT services field - including program management, information technology (IT) systems services, contracting and acquisition management, source-selection, and proposal preparation and evaluation - Mr. Jackson is fully qualified and capable of ensuring each SOTEC customer receives the best support possible. Mr. Jackson also has 14 years' experience at the senior executive level in the IT industry and has demonstrated quality leadership successes in a variety of demanding management positions.

Mrs. Hager brings to SOTEC an extensive bacground in IT Engineering and Managed Services. As Director of Engineering, Mrs. Hager is responsible for developing the strategic direction for the company's Managed Services offering and aligning the IT functions with corporate strategic plans. She also implements IT projects and policies that ensure appropriate IT resources are available to support growing corporate and operational needs. Before joining SOTEC, Mrs. Hager served as a Senior Project Engineer at JP Morgan Chase-Vastera's corporate hosted data center in Reston Virginia. In this capacity, she managed multimillion-dollar program budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for the delivery of advanced managed service programs. Mrs. Hager's communications, telecommunications, and information technology experience encompasses a wide variety of systems and platforms, including implementation of managed service solutions and developing strategic IT initiatives. Mrs. Hager has more that 12 years experience in the Information Technology field and holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Mr. Kearney has more than 10 years' experience in financial analysis and management. As SOTEC's CFO, he developed and implemented a highly organized and effective accounting and financial management function to ensure total compliance with generally accepted accounting procedures, tighten financial controls, and compare budgets and forecasts to actual performance on a monthly basis. His ability to analyze STS's financial and operational data and his expertise in cash flow management will provide for an efficient organization that minimizes wasteful spending. Mr. Kearney's experience includes the analysis and forecasting for more than $500 million of annual marketing spend for AOL. Using large sets of performance data, he identified key trends and metrics for future performance of many of AOL's key direct marketing functions.
